#Options - "Get Out of Your Own Head!"

I'll never forget during my first week in fundamentals of marketing the professor proclaimed, "Get Out of Your Own Head!"


Although I was taken aback at his delivery, this lesson sticks with me each day while working on building McCaa & Co.


I'm in the business of service. Whether I'm eating in a fine dining restaurant or at a local staple in town, customer service and marketing have always been extremely important to me.


Too often I recognize businesses of all sizes marginalizing their customer's by offering limited options for them to affiliate and interact with their brands. On the other hand, prices are soaring but how about the value (ROI - return on investment)?


Without a doubt authoring 30_30 Change in Movement was a joy, but I realized early on that not all people share the same interest in reading. Some of my customer's prefer e-books. Some of my customer's prefer listening to audio books. Some of my customer's prefer video messaging and blogging. Some of my customer's prefer fashion and accessories.



Message to all business operators: Keep in mind that what may work for you, may not work for your customer's!
